 Pilates classes with Chocy Ball are something I should have started 10 years ago. So many have praised Pilates for its strength and health giving benefits and Chocy is a master at teaching this. 

I'm about to turn 70 and have permanent damage to my lower back. The classes have improved my strength and my ability to lift, bend and carry while also protecting my back.
